REVOLUTIONARY NANOTECHNOLOGY
LAUNCHES COMPANY IN AUSTIN

Austin, Texas – A kick-off meeting of Kinloch USA to share the vision of a ground-breaking nanotechnology, NANO1000, that will revolutionize products for protecting public buildings and roadways will be held in Austin on Friday, July 6, 2007. The new Kinloch USA products will significantly reduce pollution caused by molds, bacteria and car emissions in schools, public restrooms, hospitals, highways and other public areas. The applications are endless for these products that can be applied to stone, wood, cement and painted surfaces inside or outside of public or private residential buildings.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the strategy to make these products available for general use this year. Based on the tests and performance of these formulations invented over the past three years, nothing available today is as environmentally friendly and versatile as this breakthrough nanotechnology.

Kinloch Services recently introduced and made available in England a product, NANO1000, that when applied to stone buildings, concrete or slate pavers totally blocks oils, graffiti and chewing gum from damaging or staining areas where this is a key problem. All of the new products are environmentally “green” and use zero volatile organic compounds and will not harm the environment in any fashion. One of Austin’s new recharge buildings on Town Lake was recently treated with their new NANO1000 product to ensure that the building will stay graffiti-free and beautiful for years to come.

“Our vision is to change the way our world uses non-biodegradable or toxic products like silicon sealers or coatings to treat the surfaces we encounter every day – whether driving down the road or sitting in a classroom,” says Charlie Foster, founder of Carina Works. The innovation of NANO1000 was born out of the Carina Works research and development of its environmentally friendly UV curing process for glazing floorings.

This nanotechnology chemistry is as close to permanent as you can get and bonds at the molecular level, below the surfaces. This adds to the stability of the materials and promotes lifecycles in the 10+ year ranges that have never been attained before.

This product has been applied to several thousand square feet of limestone, concrete and slate already in the Austin area and is proving to stop mold, algae growth and organic staining that other topical sealers cannot provide,” adds Kevin Ormsby, with Kinloch USA. NANO1000 stops water penetration at the molecular level, inhibiting freeze and thaw damage, and increases surface density to the material making it stronger than its original form.

The two, plus other interested parties, will meet at Austin’s Scholz Beer Garden to kick off a series of meetings over the weekend of July 6 to detail organizational and marketing plans. Foster and Ormsby see no hurdles in making these products available nationwide in the next three to six months. Kinloch USA will sell and apply these treatments directly or they will be made available to any organization for their own application.
